Why Germany?

Our experience in IT-Recruiting shows that while pursuing a career in Germany, the applicants give importance to two things.

  • saving potential from the salary
  • prestige of migrating to Europe.

There are several advantages which Germany offers, to which the applicants are oblivious.

Better work life balance:

A recent study ranked Germany as the 8th best country for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The German work culture places a high emphasis on balancing professional commitments with personal life. This is evident in their generous vacation policies, inclusive of public holidays, and their supportive allowances.

Social benefits:

Health insurance coverage extends to all family members. Employees are entitled to unlimited sick leaves and receive full pay during their absence due to illness. Additionally, there is a compulsory pension scheme in place for all employees.

Maternity leaves and compensation:

Employees are entitled to a maternity leave of up to 14 weeks, during which they receive full pay. Following this, for a period of 14 months, they receive 65% of their salary, which is covered by insurance. Upon their return from maternity leave, employees are assured of job security by their employer.

Employee friendly labor laws:

Employers provide safeguards to employees against termination. In the event of unemployment, employees are entitled to a compensation equivalent to 60% of their net salary for a duration of 12 months.

Child Benefits (Kindergeld):

It is a monthly payment from the German government to help parents raise children. It's paid to all parents in Germany, regardless of income. Each child is entitled to a monthly child benefit of 250 Euros.

Child education:

All children are entitled to free education in public schools up to the 12th grade. When it comes to university education, many courses do not require a tuition fee. Instead, students are only required to make a semester contribution, which also covers the cost of a public transport pass.
