Employer Overview: 

Started as an Iron foundry, our Client, now, is a specialist manufacturer of rollers, cylinders, drums etc for various industries and over the years diversified its expertise to serve a wide range of applications. They produce high-precision rollers for industries such as plastics, textiles, rubber, chemical, printing, wood, and paper. Our client is also in 3D printing and digitalization to innovate and improve its manufacturing processes, allowing for faster and more efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Precisely set up CNC machines
  • Transform technical drawings into high-quality turned parts
  • Load raw materials and parts onto the machine, and ensure proper alignment and positioning.
  • Monitor the machine during operation to detect issues or malfunctions.
  • Check the quality and optimize existing programs to make each part even better
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and Injuries.

Qualifications / Your Profile:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Automation and related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as CNC-operator.
  • At least 2 years of experience using CNC-Machine with Siemens Control.
  • Experience with long length jobs (for example: Diameter of min. 30 cm, min. 4-5m length, min. 8T weight)
  • Conventional machine experience  and working with cranes  would be an added advantage. 
  • Willingness to learn the German language.
